Acceptable use policy
What may and may not be sold or done through the DRAXEN software. It forms part of the terms of service.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to every account and to every payment routed through the software. The payment partner applies its own restricted-business rules in addition to this policy, and its rules prevail where they are stricter.
2. Prohibited activity
- Selling goods or services that are illegal where you or your customer are located.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen data, or products infringing third-party rights.
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or evasion of sanctions.
- Deceptive billing: hidden recurring charges, misdescribed products, undisclosed fees.
- Using the merchant CRM to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
- Interfering with the software: probing, overloading, scraping other merchants' data or circumventing fraud screening.
3. Restricted categories
Some categories require written approval from us and from the payment partner before any payment is routed: regulated financial products, gambling, adult content, pharmaceuticals, tobacco and nicotine, firearms and their parts, and high-value digital assets. Write to contact@draxen.club before going live in any of these.
4. Your customers
Publish your refund and delivery terms, honour them, and respond to disputes by the deadline shown in the dashboard. Collect only the customer data your business needs.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend routing, restrict features or close an account that breaches this policy, and must do so when the payment partner or the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to correct the issue. Funds, if any, are released by the payment partner under its own terms.
6. Reporting
To report misuse of the software, write to contact@draxen.club. The full agreement is in the terms of service.
